a new hobby

who'd have thought that after a childhood of being dragged to cold dark archive libraries with my mother, waiting for her to comb through centuries of birth, marriage, and death records while quietly cursing our ancestors, i would one day catch the genealogy bug myself?

but i have.  and here's to advancements in ancestral (internet) research!  (i'm not sure i ever want to step foot into another cold dark archive library though.)
